Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Rule: As a non-profit organization registered under Section 8, we generally do not offer refunds for donations once the transaction is successfully processed and the receipt is generated.

2. Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in the following technical circumstances:

  • Duplicate Transaction: If the same amount was debited twice due to a technical server error.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If the donor informs us of an unauthorized use of their account within 24 hours.

3. Process: To request a refund for a technical error, please email indrajityadavpatil@gmail.com [cite: 35] within 3 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Certificate Cancellation: Volunteer certificates cannot be modified or cancelled once generated[cite: 506].
